An announcement for all reopening Banbury BID businesses.
As you start to make plans for reopening your business, the BID would like to offer a helping hand.
The BID have organised a reopening starter kit for your business.
This contains a variety of items eg social distancing floor stickers, posters and hand sanitiser.

We have designated a collection point in Castle Quay at unit 28c the former Sofa Shop, close to The Entertainer.
You can collect your packs on:
Thursday 11th June and Friday 12th June, between the hours of 10.30am – 2.30pm.
Jo and Nate will be on hand to provide these to you.
We will be operating a one in and one out system, so please queue safely outside the unit, observing the 2m guidance.
You will be asked to confirm your business name.
If you are unable to collect your pack, please contact us directly, and we will make arrangements to deliver it to you.

In addition, we have a list of BID preferred suppliers for you to order any additional products that you require.

We understand that the idea of managing your queues may seem like a logistical nightmare, especially for those of you in a narrow road.
The BID are working closely with Cherwell District Council, Banbury Town Council and Castle Quay as the strategy for dealing with the high street reopening is being developed.
Whilst that is happening, we have been made aware of an app called Smart Q that helps businesses to manage their queues virtually.
We hope that all goes well.
Best Wishes
