Empire Tattoo Studio

Established in 2008 as S&D Tattoos and located in a small studio above the Hairdressers on George Street, we started out with Leon Cornish as our only artist. Lewis Preece joined us 6 months later and we have continued expanding ever since. After 18 months due to increasing demand, we moved location to our current studio in Butchers Row, which comprises of a reception area, 4 private studio rooms and a piercing room. Our team is now made up of 4 experienced tattoo artists, our most recent tattoo apprentice, as well as an experienced piercer and tattoo removal specialist. As our apprentices continue to develop into established tattoo artists, by combining their already existing talents with the knowledge, expert advice and nurturing they receive from those already within our team, we expect Empire Tattoo Studios will continue to grow and flourish at the rapid success rate it has over recent years.
