Since 1989 Jane Elizabeth Confectionery have being making and suppling hand made fudge and toffee which they now proudly sell at Lock29. We only use high quality ingredients in all of our fudge recipes. We have won several awards along the way for quality and presentation and have now developed a very nice vegan fudge and a low sugar fudge.
